We’re delighted that our Fairy Doors Trail is now installed on Cary’s Meadow, with an interactive illustrated map by artist Joe Fear that unlocks stories written by children across Norfolk, inspired by biodiversity and the natural world. These are the first wave of fabulous works by children aged 6-11 and there will be more coming over the coming months. Thanks to all the children that wrote stories!
The doors were created by members at Norwich Men’s Shed (https://norwichmensshed.org.uk/) thanks to National Lottery Local Connections Fund and the stories written with support from Arts Council England and also in response to National Geographic Education’s explorer mindset.
You can see info on the trail, map and stories here plus access the map with a QR code at Cary’s Meadow entrance https://wondernatural.co.uk/projects/the-fairy-door-trail/
